The Journal is published by Perm National Research Polytechnic University, Perm, Russian Federation is involved in the Russian Science Citation Index project.

The journal covers environmental aspects of the urbanistics as well as the urban planning, and architectural engineering which are interrelated with the technosphere safety problems, urban city feel and social development processes.

The journal is for the lecturers who are teaching such disciplines as civil engineering, environmental management, social and economics ones as well as for the young researchers and students. The journal is focused on the wide variety of specialists who are involved in such areas as planning the settlements, municipal facilities, urban planning environment and economics, social and economic activities.
