PAPER SUBMISSION

1. The manuscripts should be sent to linguistics.pedagogics@gmail.com.

2. By submitting an article the author expresses its consent to its publication, online accessibility and forwarding (including references, etc.) to the authorized experts.

3. Upon submission the paper is checked for the subject matter and general requirements compliance. See http://vestnik.pstu.ru/pedag/toauthors/requirements/ for details.

4. The editorial board reviews all manuscripts to offer an expert judgment. All reviewers are recognized scholars who have published their own papers with the same subject matter within the last three years. The reviews are kept by editorial staff for five years.

5. The editorial board sends copies of the reviews or a motivated refusal to authors and is obliged to send copies of the reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon enquiry.

6. Based on the expert review, the editorial board makes a final decision on paper publishing. The author may be asked to correct the paper according to the comments provided. A revised paper is reviewed by the same expert.

7. Authors are not charged for the publication, nor do they receive royalties.
